FINALLY! Mercy Johnson's Ban Lifted

 
Movie producers and marketers have finally lifted the ban which they placed on star actress, Mercy Johnson-Okojie for being 'too expensive'.
This was made known by the Film and Video Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria, FVPMAN’s spokesman, Mr. Norbert  Ajaegbu.
He said, "The disagreement between producers/marketers and Mercy Johnson finally ends following the FVPMAN’s national working committee meeting, held on Sunday, March 9, 2014. Mercy having diligently concluded all the jobs in dispute leaves us with no choice than to accept her apology."
Norbert who described Mercy as someone with a wonderful personality added that "Any insistence on penalizing her, will then infer prejudice.

PHOTO: Popular Singer's Girlfriend Found Dead In Apartment

Rock star Mick Jagger's longtime designer girlfriend L'Wren Scott was found dead in her Manhattan apartment today Monday March 17th.

The 49year old designer, who recently cancelled her fashion show in London, was found by her assistant hanging by a scarf around 10am in her luxury apartment.

Scott, a former model whose slim-fitting, boldly printed dresses were favorites among Hollywood's A-list stars such as Nicole Kidman, Amy Adams and Penelope Cruz, was found hanging from a scarf.
"We are investigating it as a suicide," said New York police Detective Kelly Ort.
Jagger, 70, said through a spokesperson that he was "completely shocked and devastated. Scott's family issued a statement asking for privacy.

American talk show host, Oprah Winfrey is set to sell Harpo Studios in Chicago, the iconic studios where she made her name with The Oprah Winfrey Show, after having entered negotiations with a developer.

According to Crain's Chicago Business, the studio, which is where Oprah shot her chat-show from 1990 to 2011, will continue for at least another two years.
A statement from the developer read: "We have entered into a purchasing agreement with Sterling Bay for the four-building Harpo Studios campus in Chicago's West Loop.
"We expect the transaction to be closed in 30 days. The property will be leased back to Harpo for two years and the studio will continue to produce programming for OWN."
Around 200 people work at the 3.5-acre studio, which will reportedly sell for approximately $32 million and it's expected that the sale will be complete by the end of April 2014.
