My Music Is Inspires by Frustration – Popular Nigerian Singer, Terry G

Popular Nigerian singer, Gabriel Amanyi popularly known as Terry G known for his energetic, weird performances  in an interview revealed what inspires his kind of music.

Here's what the ‘Akpako Master’, crooner told HipTV:
“What gives me inspiration is frustration. I was frustrated; I used to sing r’n’b songs just like my fans that were following from the beginning would know. I tried to do good music but it didn’t put food on my table, so frustration came up and frustration gave me a sign a sign that you have to make money through frustration. Right now I’m being termed a mad man because I make money through madness”.
Terry G, father of one although not married to his baby mama, Mimi Omoregbe is reported to be engaged to her and they are set to marry.

Wizkid Parts Ways With Manager

Hot Nigerian musician, Wizkid, has reportedly parted ways with his former manager, Godwin Tom.


According to industry sources, Wizkid and his former manager, Godwin, parted ways following a disagreement they had over the weekend.
The famous singer has since edited his twitter info to replace Godwin Tom's name and contacts with those of 'Seun Johnson.
Godwin in response, has also edited his page and take Wizkid off it.

Singer Ashanti cannot stop showing off her slim and curvy body to the world, apparently she is on a 'flaunt it if you've got it' mindset.

The singer who is currently heating things up in Las Vegas, is having a swell time attending to shows, performing for beautiful audiences and promoting her new album.
The 33-year-old recording artist showed her figure off to maximum effect in a skintight sky blue wrap dress at the Top Rank Tweetup at Michael Mina Pub 1842 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Although she managed to balance it's revealing slits design with a conservative high neckline and long sleeves.

Nigerian Artistes Dominate MAMA 2014 Nominations

MTV Base, Africa’s number one music authority, on Wednesday announced the nominees for this year’s MTV Africa Music Awards.

The announcement was made at an impressive nominations party at The Sands in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This year’s nominations prove that Nigerian music has fast taken over Africa.
Out of fifteen different categories, Nigeria has been nominated in eleven categories and includes some of the biggest names in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
The names comprised Omotola Jalade, Chimamanda Adichie, 2Face, PSquare, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Olamide, Flavour among many others.

Nollywood Mourn The Death Of Actress

The death of Nollywood actress, Chrisphina Adinusor has thrown the movie industry into mourning.

According to report, Chrisphina Adinusor a member of the Rivers State Chapter of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) died of cardiac arrest at about 2am on March 28th 2014.
This is coming just few months after the movie industry lost a popular Nollywood actress, Ijeoma Perpetual Okorie who died during childbirth in Rivers State.

Top Nigerian singer, Omawumi Megbele has completed and moved into her Mansion at Lekki Phase 1, around Tantalizers area, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The single mother of one in a quick chat with Encomium, revealed that she spent over N100million on the home, adding that she completed it all by herself.

The Delta State born singer who also recently acquired a brand new 2012 ML 350 Mercedes worth about N12.5million, further said “The industry has been good to me. If I must tell you the truth, apart from some bad belle people, who are bent on bringing you down, there are people there to make you strong. I have had opportunities of making good friends in the industry.”

Following the bomb blast that occurred in Abuja on Monday, April 14, 2014, that left scores of people killed, Nollywood Actress, Genevieve Nnaji and some of her colleagues have expressed their sadness over the merciless killings of innocent souls.

Genevieve, Rita Dominic, Emem Isong, Omoni Oboli were among the actresses that took to different social media to share their concern.

Genevieve on Instagram, put up a picture of a burning candle with the caption, ‘May the souls of our brothers and sisters..who had this mornings gift of life taken from them without mercy, rest with The Lord Almighty. Amen!’.

Victor Moses plays bit part in Liverpool victory over City

The Nigerian came on with a minute left in the Reds' massive victory over the Citizens on Sunday afternoon

Victor Moses was a late substitute as Liverpool defeated Manchester City 3-2 at Anfield to continue their push for a first Premier League title in 24 years.

The Nigerian, who has been consigned to the bench for most of his loan period with the Reds, replaced Brazilian match winner Coutinho in the 89th minute.

Coutinho had scored the winning goal a few minutes earlier in the 78th and Brendan Rodgers' introduction of Moses was able to help the hosts shore up the midfield after Liverpool were reduced to 10 men following the sending off of Henderson in added time.
