Former Big Brother Africa Housemate, Beverly Osu has released some new photos as she clocks 22, tomorrow, 27th September, 2014.

Beverly Osu unveiled a fabulous photo shoot to mark her turning 22 which according to her, is a big year. The photo shoot is a South African and Ethiopian- inspired.

Here is her message below:

“22 represents God,The Master Builder, The Manifestation of Dreams, The Future, realization, personal power, retribution, love, war, and a visionary.

As I turn 22 I am proficient and a strong leader, I have the potential to be successful, I will fulfill my highest potential by bringing ideals into everyday reality. I am stronger today because I turn 22.

Actress Uche Ogbodo's marriage ended a few months after it was contracted..while she was pregnant. Speaking to Vanguard about it, Uche said her marriage ended because it was full of lies.

"My marriage was full of lies. I cannot tell you in detail what those lies were, if that’s what you’re trying to make me do but it was based on lies. It’s a pity it didn’t work out. I didn’t go into the marriage to crash it. I wanted a family; I wanted a loving home and a loving husband. Murder suspect Jeffrey Okafor finally arrested in Nigeria

Jeffrey Okafor (left), the Nigerian suspected of killing a young rapper and DJ named Carl Beatson Asiedu (pictured right),who was stabbed to death outside a nightclub in south London in 2009 (read story here) has been arrested in Nigeria.

Okafor was arrested by Nigerian police on Tuesday September 23rd about a month after UK police looking for him launched a high-profile online appeal to trace him. Okafor was last seen on CCTV boarding a flight at Heathrow Airport using his brother's passport about two weeks after the murder.

Chibok community doubts found girl is from Chibok, says she may be pregnant

The Force Public Relations officer, Emmanuel Ojukwu, yesterday September 25th announced that a young girl found at the Mubi area of Borno state on Wednesday September 24th was one of the missing Chibok girls but the National Chairman of the Chibok Association, Dr Pogu Bitrus, is not so sure it's true.

Speaking with TheCable Nigeria, Dr Bitrus, said they are not sure the girl is from their community as her name is not on their list of the missing Chibok girls.

He said a preliminary medical examination conducted in a clinic showed the girl was pregnant but a definitive conclusion on her pregnancy status will be carried out in a proper hospital to confirm

EFCC arraigns fishermen for fishing in unauthorized waters

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday September 24th arraigned six fishermen Adekunle Oshingbosi; Momodu Ibrahim; Idowu Tuesday; Togbosi Christian; Benjamin Eyinle; Anthony Medoho,  and their company, Oshine Resources Ventures Limited before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos for allegedly fishing in unauthorized waters.

According to the EFCC, the men were arrested on March 27th by officers of the Nigerian Navy for fishing in Nigerian territorial waters without getting authorized approval thereby violating Sections 1(1)(2) of the Seas Fishery Act Cap S4, 2004.

Terrifying photo shows woman hiding on roof from intruder - only for him to appear behind her

This photo shows the incredible moment a terrified woman named Melora Rivera hid from an intruder on the roof of her home in Venice, Los Angeles last week, only for him to appear behind her.

The scary photo which was taken by her neighbour and later shared online shows Melora hiding from the man, later identified as 29 year old vagrant Christian Hicks, who had broken into her home as she slept.
