Top Ghanaian Actor, Van Vicker, has said with the deadly Ebola virus disease currently in Liberia, for fear of being infected he has decided to pause the shooting of his movie in the country until the issue is solved.
The award winning Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker is taking every measures in avoiding being a victim.
The actor who has a Liberian lineage, has made it open that he is scared of going back to Liberia to shoot the second part of his movie, ‘Bendu Sudan’ because of the deadly Ebola virus rocking the country.
The married father of three said: “ Ebola is a deadly disease,you can’t joke with it . I have been to Liberia several times to do casting and production meetings, and all was scheduled to go for shoot this month, but
because of the Ebola threat, I don’t want to take chances shooting in Liberia.
I pray that the good Lord saves us all. I will be going back to shoot the part 2 once the Ebola issues are solved” he said.

Meanwhile it would be be recalled that a similar case happened to Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke only that this time he was not shooting a movie.
Jim Iyke who was on a business trip to Monrovia in Liberia had to cut off his trip as he fled back to Nigeria.
He took to twitter to express his fear saying: “Monrovia, unfinished biz; Leavin tonite. Nt ashamed to admit tis ish scares the Jesus outta me. #Ebola!!!!”.
Meanwhile according to WHO report, the deadly Ebola Virus Disease(EVD) has killed over 1,200 people and over 2,000 cases confirmed in West African countries.
