World renowned American singer, Usher has come out and said he does not regret getting married at a young age and says it taught him some important life lessons.
Usher was talking at a recent interview with O magazine, the now 35 year old singer talked about getting marrried at the age of 38 to Tameka from 2007 to 2009.
Usher said his marriage was actually quite beneficial to him, he said: ‘Getting married at 28. Most people probably think I regret it because I ended up getting divorced, but it helped me learn that sometimes I think I know more than I actually do’.


Usher has however been since in a nasty court battle with the ex wife over his two kids, six-year-old Usher ‘Cinco’ Raymond V and five-year-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.

Usher had won the case in 2012 and was awarded custody of the two boys.
When asked about his best advice, the U Got It Bad crooner spoke about a meaningful encounter with one of funk and soul music’s biggest legends.
‘”If you stay ready, you ain’t gonna get ready.” James Brown told me that right before we performed together at the Grammys in 2005. ‘I’ve never forgotten it, and I’m always telling people, “Well, James Brown once told me…”‘
Usher Raymond singer behind mass single from the late nineties till now, had gotten married to Tameka from 2007 till 2009, but had to divorce the lady after she allegedly travelled to Brazil to undertake a risky lippo surgery.
