Saturday 10^th December, 2016 was really a sad day in Uyo during Pastor Akan Weeks'  Bishopric ordination as the church building collapsed and killed hundreds of people in attendance. It ws also reported that the Akwa Ibom State  Governor, His Excellency Udom Gabriel Emmanuel  was also in attendance of the service.

EFCC officials storm Lagos home of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), this morning, stormed the home of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, at Park View Estate in Ikoyi, Lagos to conduct a search.

They were however unsuccessful as they were denied access into her home. They left immediately with a promise to come back again.

A suspended member of the Presidential Advisory Committee against Corruption (PACAC), Benedicta Daudu has been suspended from the University of Jos (UNIJOS) after she was allegedly caught cheating while writing an examination on May 4 2016, PREMIUM TIMES reports.

Daudu, who was reportedly copying from a prepared answer during an examination (Global Context in Public Policy) for a Master’s degree in Research and Public Policy in the Faculty of Social Sciences in UNIJOS, was an associate professor of law and former head of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of the Faculty of Law in the same university.

Reuters reports a source at the global organisation as revealing the news adding that the agreement was
